Baby and me Classes
Spanish Early Stimulation Program, we offer engaging parent and caregiver classes designed for babies and their caregivers. These classes not only promote bonding but also encourage developmental growth through interactive activities. By focusing on sensory experiences, motor skills, and social interaction, we create a nurturing environment that allows both parent and child to learn together. Our expert facilitators guide families in exploring fun and effective ways to stimulate their baby's learning, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning and development.

Yoga
Maternity yoga is an enriching experience offered at our local recreation center, designed specifically for expectant mothers seeking a holistic approach to prenatal wellness.
